    Details and tips

    How it works

Each original is decoded locally and exported at up to four widths in WebP plus your fallback format. Smaller originals are never enlarged; duplicate capped widths are merged. WebP and JPEG try quality settings from 85 down to 60 without silently reducing dimensions. Files that still exceed the budget are flagged and included for review.

    Made for everyday images

    Prepare a set of blog photographs or project images for a responsive website. For a 1800 × 1200 original, the blog preset produces 480 × 320, 960 × 640 and 1440 × 960 variants in two formats: six image files. A 640 × 480 original instead produces 480 × 360 and 640 × 480 variants, with a size warning.

    Frequently asked questions

Does a green check mean the image is ready for any website?

It means the file meets your byte budget. It does not certify visual quality, accessibility, or a platform’s acceptance. Check the preview, alternative text and layout.

What happens to transparent or animated images?

WebP and PNG retain transparency; JPEG replaces it with white. Animations become one frame, and re-encoding may change color profiles.

What is saved on my device?

Only publishing settings are saved when you choose Save. Images, descriptions and output packages are not persisted. You can forget saved settings at any time.

Can I upload folders or ZIP archives?

This first version accepts multiple JPG, PNG and WebP files, up to 20 images and 100 MB total. ZIP and folder import are not included. Output images also have a 100 MB limit.
