How it works
After correcting EXIF orientation, the image is flipped in its original coordinates and then rotated clockwise for positive angles. The canvas expands to contain the complete image.

Frequently asked questions
Will rotation crop the image?
No. The canvas grows to fit the entire image. At 90° and 270°, width and height swap.
Why can rotation exceed the size limit?
An expanded canvas can contain more pixels than the original. Outputs must remain within 16 million pixels and 8,192 pixels per side.
What do the flip controls mean?
Horizontal and vertical flips use the original upright image axes, before the angle is applied. Reset restores 0° and turns off both flips.
